Postnatal Plan £30

Heard of a birthing plan? But what about a postnatal plan? They say that nothing can prepare you for parenthood but with a bit of planning it can be easier. In this workshop we go over the first 6 weeks and devise a plan with you in how you want to be supported.

We will look at a variety of different aspects, including:

  • How you can be supported

  • Expectations

  • Self Support

  • Support Network

  • Family as a whole

It may not always go to plan, but help to equip you over those first few weeks.

Holistic Sleep Support (1 hour with an initial consultation via email and a
follow up call) £50

With the holistic sleep support, you receive an initial consultation via email, where I can get an understanding of the issues surrounding sleep. This is followed up by either a face to face or online appointment. There is also the option of email and phone support. Where there is more support required, for instance, if the support required is beyond my expertise, I can give recommendations for sleep coaches.

As a part of the holistic sleep support, I follow evidence-based research alongside gentle strategies, alongside your family’s needs. I support attachment parenting, breastfeeding, safe co-sleeping, and bed-sharing. Holistic sleep support isn’t about leaving your baby or child to cry, however, I can give alternative strategies to help.
